SEAGATE

NZ Haka were contracted to deliver the important cultural component of Eco-Seagate. They lead a group of culturally diverse Seagate employees in activities designed to help them conquer fears, trust others, learn to ask for help, and ultimately discover new things about who they were as individuals, who they were as team members, and about what they could achieve.  They created an environment that moved our employees to abandon their personal comfort zones, and in the process learn valuable lessons about communication and collaboration. She inspired the group to levels of high energy, enthusiasm and passion. –
